Hi, I am Param

Almost two decades ago, I walked into a hot yoga class at a studio in the Canadian westcoast. The physical adversity helped me tap into a reservoir of peace and perseverance that I didn't know existed. That was a turning point in my life.

Now I help people cultivate their mental calm and physical strength with the help of authentic yoga, breath-work and sound.

Trained in Rishikesh, India and Vancouver, Canada - from more than two dozen world-class teachers over a span of nearly twenty years, I offer you my 10,000+ hours of yoga learnings.

In Sanskrit, "Param" symbolizes ultimate, transcendence.

I have created a stress reducing and flexibility enhancing system using carefully selected yoga poses (asanas), breath-work (pranayama) and sound vibrations. With a focus on precise alignment cues, I help my yoga students master inner-body awareness and resilience. The end goal is to help you live a healthy, happy and long life.
